DIY Combo Plans
DIY Combo Plans include message credits for text messages and email, along with the selected number of keywords. As always, text message credits are rollover credits, so what you don’t use this month, you can use next. Rollover credits never expire. Choose your plan level by the number of bundled text messages and emails you would like to send on a monthly basis. As an added bonus, there is absolutely no additional charge for sending unlimited Instant Messages or Social Network updates!

DIY Create Your Own Plans
With the DIY Create Your Own Plans, you choose the package that suits your needs perfectly. Do you need a lot of keywords but not sure how many text messages you’ll need? Choose a higher keyword package with just a few texts (and just add more as needed). Only need one keyword but know that you’ll need lots of texts? Just choose a single keyword package with a large ‘bucket’ of texts. It’s your choice!

3Text Price: This is a one time charge that you will incur each time you ‘fill your bucket’ with text message credits (in US$).
It’s that easy!
If you need more text message credits added to your account right away you can always buy ‘buckets’ of text credits at any time. All of your text message credits always roll-over to the following month so you never lose them. Text credits start at only 6.9 cents per text and the bigger the bucket you buy, the cheaper it gets (as low as 4.5 cents per text – and lower for larger custom plans).
Pricing Notes:
International Texting: Sending to an international mobile number costs 2.5 credits per message. Mobile keyword technology is currently only supported in the US, meaning that if someone tries to text your mobile keyword to 69302 outside of the US, they will not be able to automatically join your distribution list and they will not receive an automated text response from you. However, you can select a professionally designed sign up page template to link to your website, or create an Online Signup Page widget where people can enter their international mobile numbers very easily.
Roll-over Text Message Credits: Sending a mobile text message to a US phone number costs 1 text credit (i.e. sending a text message to 100 phones costs 100 credits). There is absolutely no charge if people text your mobile keyword or if they verify their phone by replying with OK after entering their number on your Online Signup Page. Also, you do NOT get charged if people text HELP or STOP. However, please note that if people respond to any survey or contest that you text out, each reply will cost you half a credit (0.5 text credits).
DIY Create Your Own: The DIY Create Your Own Packages include 100 e-mails for each keyword purchase. DIY packages come with Standard Customer Service (e-mail support with maximum 72 hour response time).
*Other cheap text message offerings use email gateways (SMTP) to send their messages, and cell phone carriers to not approve of this method of delivery. It was designed for person-to-person texting, not mass texting, so if you use this method you would be violating their regulations. Most importantly SMTP is often unreliable and slow in large quantities since it wasn’t intended for your purpose and the delivery rate is awful. Don’t spend your money on messages that don’t get delivered!
